Duties:
. Oversee the strategic direction of the gift card category by creating and carrying out plans to increase market share, profitability, and sales.
. To guarantee smooth category operations and the category's success, concentrate on the Gift Card Category's on-platform performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Business Analytics).
. Work along with the marketing team to make sure that in-game merchandise is shown on eneba.com in a way that appeals to target demographics and is understandable, educational, and aesthetically pleasing.
. To determine the most important products and the best product offerings—including product variants and end-user value proposition—conduct market research and competitive analysis.
. Create and execute data-driven pricing plans to stay ahead of the competition and increase sales and profitability.
. To find areas for improvement and chances to maximize category performance, examine the sales funnel and conversion rates (concentrating on commercial issues and working with the Product Team on platform-related aspects).
. Use data analytics to learn about market trends, competition activity, and consumer behavior. Then, use this knowledge to guide strategic decision-making.
. Oversee and improve the category's product selection to guarantee a well-chosen mix that satisfies consumer demands and boosts revenue.
. Gain and keep up a thorough awareness of the laws and market developments affecting in-app purchases and mobile gaming.
. Keep up with the latest innovations and technological advancements in the gaming sector to spot chances to strengthen Eneba's edge over rivals.
. Make that the category's key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked and reported on, offering analysis and suggestions to maximize performance.
Requirements:
. At least three to five years of experience in a comparable digital products, gaming, or e-commerce firm, preferably in a category manager or similar position.
. shown capacity to effectively increase sales and profitability in a cutthroat setting.
. thorough knowledge of player behavior and mobile gaming ecosystems.
. strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to use facts to guide choices.
. demonstrated expertise in creating successful pricing strategies and conducting competitive analyses.
. Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities with the capacity to influence and establish close bonds with a variety of stakeholders.
. a love of gaming and a thorough awareness of the state of the industry today.
